Do you own a private swimming pool or spa?

By law, all private pools and spas with water deeper than 30cm must have a compliant safety barrier to help protect young children from drowning.

The Shire of Kojonup is required to carry out regular inspections every four (4) years to ensure barriers remain safe and effective.

🔍 Our team will be conducting inspections across the district in the coming months.

👉 Property owners will be contacted directly to arrange an inspection time.

Please make sure your pool or spa barrier is well-maintained, gates self-close and latch properly, and there are no climbable objects near the fence.
