Standpipes
Within the Shire of Kojonup there are standpipes located in following locations:
- Kojonup - Corner of Stock Road and Albany Highway
- Muradup - Corner of Blackwood Road and Station Road
There is a non-potable and potable water available at the standpipes located in Kojonup and only potable available in Muradup. The non-potable standpipe is subject to water levels and is currently not accessible.
The standpipes located in Kojonup and Muradup requires a Fob key to operate and this will also initiate the invoice to the purchaser. The Fob key is purchased from the Shire Administration Office for a small fee. The potable water standpipe has the options of an overhead pipe and an outlet at waist level, the non-potable standpipe is operated only via a waist level.
The standpipes on Katanning Road and Carlecatup Road are locked and to be used only for emergency purposes.
