Council Meeting Dates

Ordinary Council Meetings are held on every Third Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise advertised). The Meetings are held in the Reception Lounge, Shire of Kojonup Administration Building commencing at 3:00pm with the following exceptions -

  • No scheduled meeting in January;
  • The July meeting will be held on the fourth Tuesday to make allowance for the annual Budget to be adopted; and
  • The December meeting will be held on the second Tuesday given timing to Christmas break period

The agenda is made available on Friday afternoons of the week prior to the meeting. 

Ordinary Council meetings are open to members of the public and a period is allocated in every agenda for public question time. The Council considers all items on the agenda and makes a formal resolution on each item..
