Memorial Hall and Lesser Hall
The Kojonup Memorial Hall and Lesser Hall are located in the centre of town on the corner of Albany Highway and Harrison place, Kojonup.
The Kojonup Memorial Hall is a large hall that features a stage with backstage access, toilets and a large floor space for many uses. The Lesser Hall has the same amenities although with no stage.
These facilities are a great venue for birthday celebrations, community events, meetings and the Memorial Hall can facilitate shows and plays.
There are chairs and tables to cater for approximately 100 people seated or standing in accordance with the 2spm per person rule that is currently in affect. The kitchen opens up into the Lesser Hall which maximum occupancy is 100 people.
The Memorial Hall and Lesser Hall are available to hire for events with an additional cost to use the kitchen facilities. The Memorial / Lesser Hall is situated on the Albany Highway and has parking out the back, front and on the south side of the building.
To book this facility, please complete the Memorial/Lesser Hall Booking Form and email to council@kojonup.wa.gov.au or contact the Shire Administration Office for more information.
Permission to consume alcohol at the premise is required from the Shire however if you wish to sell alcohol you also need to apply for a single use liquor licence here via the Department of Racing, gaming and Liquor.

Waiving of Memorial Hall Hire Fees
Notice is hereby given that at the Ordinary Council meeting held on the 16th of December 2025, Council approved to waive all hire fees for the Memorial Hall for the calendar year of 2026.
This decision was made to encourage the Kojonup community to utilise the Hall during its Centennial year and is only open to Kojonup residents and community members.
Please note, the bond for hire does still apply and needs to be paid prior to the booking.
Bookings are to be made by calling the Shire Administration office on 9831 2400.
