Regional Development Assessment Panel (RDAP/64) Meeting – 26 February 2026 - Kojonup Wind Farm

The Shire of Kojonup advises that the Regional Development Assessment Panel (RDAP/64) will be holding a meeting to consider development applications involving the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Shire of Kojonup and Shire of Harvey.

The meeting agenda will be published on the Development Assessment Panel website prior to the meeting in accordance with statutory requirements.

RDAP Panel Members

The RDAP is made up of independent specialist members and local government representatives, including:

• Presiding Member (independent chair)
• Specialist Member – Planning
• Specialist Member – Development/Urban Design or related expertise
• Local Government Member – City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder
• Local Government Member – Shire of Kojonup (Cr Mathwin and Cr Mitchel)
• Local Government Member – Shire of Harvey

This structure ensures decisions are informed by both technical expertise and local knowledge.

RDAP meetings are generally open to the public and may be attended in person or viewed online (where available). Information regarding venue, attendance arrangements and any livestream links will be provided with the published agenda.

What is RDAP?

The Regional Development Assessment Panel is an independent planning body responsible for determining certain large or regionally significant development applications across Western Australia. It provides consistent, transparent and expert decision-making across the State.

Community members who made submissions are encouraged to review the agenda once released.
