SMS Emergency Notification

The Shire of Kojonup uses a SMS notification to communicate updates on emergencies, road closures, harvest and vehicle movement bans and any other advice as required.

If you want to receive emergency notifications, please ring the Shire Administration Office on 9831 2400 or email council@kojonup.wa.gov.au and provide your name, mobile number and brigade area. If you are a business wishing to receive notifications please give your business name and contact details.

Please do not rely on this system as the only way of receiving notifications, please call the bush fire ban line on 9831 0145 or all bans will be broadcast on ABC Local radio at 10am, 12.30pm & 2pm.
